I am adjusting to having this blog thing available just about anywhere. It brought up my menu sheeesssh is nothing sacred...oh well. If the link shows up!...then check it out...cause the only diet that ever worked for me was through Jenny Craig. It is what keeps me focused. Especially the woman who is my counselor there. OMG she is such a foodcop...or is it foodtop....lol
